I love going to Taz, near work, for a really good well rounded affordable salad. Seriously. One meat and six veggies for $5.99. You can’t beat that. AND they have a lot of patrons, so they have a variety of lettuce and it is all fairly fresh.
In my salad, I always get turkey or spicy grilled chicken, avocados, red kidney beans, garbonzo beans, cherry tomatoes, olives, and artichokes. All this topped with fat free lemon parsley dressing (really light and refreshing) is amazing. It’s my “go to” when I am not craving anything in particular. Love it.
They have pretty good soup bar, hot food table, and sandwiches. They are pretty solid.
