Ryan and I have been fans of Kevin’s impromptu art gallery, the Laundromat, named, because his loft space is above a laudromat. When Kevin came up with the idea of doing a show where the artists create the burgers, you know that I was all about it! Of course I’m there. Yesterday’s Burger show [...] Ryan’s lease is expiring on July 1st. In the end, we decided to stay in this apartment. Originally, Ryan was looking forward to moving to midtown due to the falling rent prices. However, even then, you aren’t going to get the amount of space you do in Brooklyn. You just won’t.
