Overall, I think the thing that I enjoyed the most is the food they made for us in Pursat. There were also these egg noodles that they got from a restaurant, which was delicious. Mmm! The duck eggs that they fried for our last day in Pursat, were also delicious. Unlike the eggs [...] During our time in Pursat, they cooked huge amounts of food for everyone in such great variety. There were curries (with green eggplant – that I really should not have eaten with my allergies), seafood stir fry, porridge for breakfast, cooked noodles, and fried duck egg done easy.  "There is very little that I cannot / wouldn't eat. However, Ryan was able to get a good laugh out of a panicked look I had on my face while drowning back raw baby squid with beer."  Ryan needs to write a blurb here about himself. Like the time he almost lost his shit over the greatness that is Japanese Bento and set lunches. Needless to say, we both like to eat very much. |
